For those seeking to join our downtown family, to be a cook,
server, host or bartender you're definitely welcome. However,
we do have a different hiring method than most. It's this
method that we've found helps us to ensure that the family
feeling carries over to our guests. Each member coming onboard
goes through two interview processes. The first is your
standard interview that most people are used to. However,
the second has been dubbed "the ring of fire."
It's not that intense, however, the interviewee is placed
in the center of a committee style interview process. There
are 20 questions that are asked ranging in relevance from
the restaurant industry to pseudo-personality based questions.
the staff itself is the final vote on who we hire. It's
this process that allows our staff to posses that distinct
uniqueness and friendliness that passes onto our guests.
